Ecological Management
Uniseal’s Ecological Management solutions address critical urban challenges such as flood mitigation, water retention, soil erosion and slope stabilisation while supporting sustainable landscape infrastructure. Our engineered systems are designed with high compressive strength structures capable of supporting heavy loads, including fire engine accessibility and foot traffic, making them suitable for urban environments and public infrastructure. Our systems provide efficient solutions for stormwater management, drainage, slope management, tree root management and load reduction through void filler systems.

Stormwater Management
Uniseal stormwater management systems support green roofs, blue-green roofs and purple roofs, enabling buildings and landscapes to retain, detain and regulate rainwater. These systems help reduce flooding risks by temporarily storing stormwater and slowly releasing it back into the environment. Our modular tank systems are widely used in eco-ponds, bioswales, biotopes and underground detention systems, while also functioning as void fillers in planter boxes and landscaped areas to reduce heavy soil loads on structures.
Landscape Engineering
Uniseal drainage cell systems provide efficient water flow, filtration and structural support for landscaped areas, green roofs and subsoil drainage applications. Engineered with high compressive strength modular cells, certain systems are designed to withstand fire engine loads and heavy vehicular traffic while remaining suitable for pedestrian access. These drainage cells help prevent waterlogging, improve soil aeration and protect underlying waterproofing membranes, ensuring long-term landscape performance.
Uniseal tree root management systems protect trees and surrounding infrastructure by creating structural soil cells and root management zones beneath pavements. These systems allow roots to grow naturally while maintaining high compressive strength surfaces capable of supporting fire engine and vehicular loads. By providing adequate soil volume and structural support, the systems prevent root uplift and pavement damage while promoting healthier tree growth in urban environments.
Uniseal slope stabilisation systems utilise geocell and geoweb structures to reinforce soil and prevent erosion on slopes and embankments. These modular honeycomb structures confine soil and distribute loads evenly, improving slope stability while supporting vegetation growth.
Suitable for infrastructure, landscaping and environmental restoration projects, these systems help protect slopes from erosion caused by rainfall, runoff and surface water movement.
Uniseal grass paver systems combine permeable pavement technology with structural load-bearing capacity, allowing grass to grow within reinforced grid structures. Designed for fire engine access roads, driveways and pedestrian pathways, these systems are both vehicular and foot trafficable.
