Insu® Slab Series is a range of pre-fabricated lightweight composite slab systems engineered for roof deck protection, thermal insulation, waterproofing protection and raised pedestal applications. Designed to reduce structural loading while maintaining excellent compressive strength and walkability, the system provides an efficient and durable solution for modern rooftop landscapes and building envelope applications.

The series integrates insulation, drainage and structural support into a single modular system, helping improve installation efficiency and long-term roof performance. Suitable for landscaped roofs, pedestal decking systems and protected membrane applications, the slabs help safeguard waterproofing membranes while enhancing thermal performance and reducing heat transfer.

Manufactured using high-performance composite materials, Insu® Slab systems are designed to support foot traffic, distribute loads evenly and improve rooftop usability without excessive dead load. The modular panel design also allows faster installation and simplified maintenance access compared to conventional protection screeds.

A patented lightweight composite slab manufactured using cement and polyurethane foam, designed for waterproofing protection, thermal insulation and lightweight rooftop applications.

A composite panel integrating high-strength mortar with polystyrene foam within a Multitray™ structure, providing insulation, drainage and walkable support for roof deck systems.
 

  • Insu® Slab 500HD

A heavy-duty composite slab system cast into a Multitray™ with geotextile backing, specifically engineered for raised deck and pedestal applications using Insu® Jac pedestal systems.
