High Water Capacity Green Roof Modular Tray
PlanterCell® 160 is a premium modular and stackable green roof tray engineered for rooftop landscaping, urban farming and deep root planting applications. Designed with enhanced water retention and deeper planting capacity, the system supports healthier root development while enabling more versatile rooftop greenery configurations in urban environments.

With an integrated water storage capacity of approximately 36.3L/m², PlanterCell® 160 helps retain moisture within the planting system, reducing irrigation demand and supporting plant health during dry periods. Its deeper profile provides increased root anchorage and planting depth, making it suitable for edible gardens, vertical farming systems and larger vegetation requiring more stable root environments.

Unlike conventional shallow green roof trays, the stackable modular design enables multi-tier planting and vertical farming configurations, maximising usable green space within limited urban footprints. The system is also compatible with hydroponic systems and various planting media setups, allowing flexibility across different urban agriculture and rooftop landscaping applications.
