Green Engineering
Uniseal’s Green Engineering systems provide practical solutions for thermal insulation, structural protection and elevated flooring systems in the built environment. Designed with high compressive strength and prefabricated components, these systems improve construction efficiency, reduce structural load and enhance long-term building performance. Our solutions support applications such as roof insulation layers, waterproofing protection, maintenance walkways and level raising pedestal systems, helping buildings achieve better durability, accessibility and installation efficiency.
Composite Panels
Uniseal’s composite panels are patented prefabricated; pre casted concrete composite panels designed for roof applications. With pre-cast concrete integrated into modular interlocking panels, they significantly reduce on-site labour and installation time. These panels act as a protective layer over waterproofing membranes on concrete roofs, allowing installation even when concrete casting is not possible during rainy conditions. They also provide thermal insulation and maintenance walkways for rooftops and green roof systems.
Pedestal Systems
Uniseal’s Insu Jac Series, Level Raising System is a high-strength adjustable pedestal system designed to elevate flooring for timber decking, composite tiles and stone panels. Suitable for rooftop terraces, podium decks and outdoor flooring areas, the system creates stable and accessible raised platforms. Engineered with high compressive strength, the system allows precise height adjustments from 2–10 mm increments and includes slope correction components to accommodate uneven surfaces while ensuring proper drainage beneath raised floors.
